最低工資水平+派包活動完滿結束

在幾個星期前，當有人建議加最低工資水平以避免人們逃税減少國庫收入時，有人提出「新手工作技能的價值可能低於最低工資以致無人願意給新手一份工作從而令新手無法存活」，所以最低工資水平只增加至5CNY。但現在系統已經取消了工作技能制度，所以以上理據亦已經消失。那麼為了令人們不再逃税以影響國庫收入，最低工資水平是否應加至約150CNY的水平呢？

Perviously someone worry that high salary level would make market refuse to provide job to newbles because value of products they produced cannot compansate the salary, but as now the job skill removed, the concern also disappeared. So should government rise the min. wage to somewhere like 150CNY to prevent people from escaping from salary tax?
