我找到了一点补充说明，以Q&A的形式
Q: WHAT are all these things?
A: - the part about country economy data was implemented today and it is intended to help congress members plan better tax changes;
- the second part contains pieces of information regarding the next game update (related to a simplified work system, creating new buildings, dissolve normal organizations, etc.).

Q: Why had I to pay 30 gold for three raw material companies? They are worth 1 gold with that update...
A: Your Grain companies will become Fisheries and your Iron companies will become Aluminium mines.

Q: In this new system how will the job skill be changed cause from what i see 1 work = x fixed amount?
A: The work skill is still in the formula. The basic production is only the basic, on top of that you have skill, country resources bonus, boosters, friends and citizenship bonus.

Q: Are these different RM's like Q's now or will it take all 5 to make a Q5 product like we saw a while back?
A: Those are buildings which will produce food raw materials (FRM) or weapons raw materials (WRM). In order to produce food, you need FRM and in order to produce weapons, you need WRM. You do not need 5 different types of buildings in order to produce food or weapons.
