Work in Israel!

Hi mates! So, 5 days ago i put 89 offers in the job Market for a salary of 55 NIS.

55 CC(Country Currency) It was the higher salary that you could find around the eWorld...but right now, people seems to discover that you cant pay that salary for long time...and of course the same happend to me....faster than i thougt.

I payed over 4.000 NIS in Salaries and the average incomes of the state grow between 5 and 7%....however the average salary is still around 44-45 NIS and i decided to took out my job offer.

Why?....Well most of the people that took the job were people that only started in the game, and as we all know, they are much of them that don't stay....that means a waste of money in high salaris.

In 4 days i hired 39 people, and i will not let them down....at least for now that i still have some money. For people that stay active, i will still pay what i say 55 NIS per day...for those who sadly go away...well, they are out of the game, so oesn't matter.
