Why I should be Libertarian Party President (aka: I Need Votes!)

Day 787, 06:53 Published in USA United Kingdom by Devoid

I wasn't aware I had any competition this election. The party establishment decided to entrust me with the reins of this mighty sailing ship, and I figured that it was about a done deal.

Apparently that's not the case. One Allister Black has come out against me, and he's put up a remarkably strong showing. I'll be totally honest: I've never heard of him. Don't know of his accomplishments, or what he's done to deserve a shot at the position. His newspaper doesn't have any articles. I don't mean to attack the guy, because I don't have anything to attack him on. I know nothing about him. Nada.

huh?

Why should you vote for me? Well...

- I've been in this party from the moment I was a high enough level to click 'Join'
- I'm an active member of the Libertarian Party Steering Committee (LPSC), and the current Work Director
- I've worked with my VP-in-waiting LifeSaverM to design a whole new party structure, the leaders of which are already in place, which is ready to hit the ground running tomorrow
- I have a lot of friends and a fair bit of respect in the other parties, something that should not be undervalued in this political world
- I come with the endorsement of our outgoing Party President DanielCD, as well as the members of the LPSC

I'm ready to, in conjunction with the other leaders within the party, take the Libs to a higher level. But I can't do it unless I win this election. And that's why I need your vote.

Feel free to PM me if you need more information to make a decision.
