Media Idol

As part of America's growing push for quality articles, we at the Department of Media are proud to present you with one of the largest media initiatives in recent history: the formation of the Eagles Network.

The Department of Media will be selecting 10 newspapers for a government sponsorship as part of the Eagles Network through a submission process called Media Idol! Requirements for submission will be that you have a paper with at least 1 article and that you are a US citizen (exceptions will be made for military members who are abroad and can be vouched for). The form for submission can be found here.



The application process starts today and will be running until Sunday, November 21st. After that there will be a voting period, where you as our nation's faithful readers will decide who your Media Idols are! The 10 winners chosen will receive the following fabulous prizes:
-Admission into the Eagles Network via Government sponsorship
-Permanent Links in the WHPR and The Pony Express
-A nifty image you may place in your paper identifying you as being a part of the Eagles Network
-Other prizes and honors yet to be named!

So what are you waiting for? Submit to be the next Media Idol!



The Art of eWar


The Arm America program is now being launched, effective in the next 24 hours and we encourage you to join it if at all possible!
Benefits of the “Arm America Program:
1. Newer and lower level members can now do their own damage in war and get rewarded for it.
2. More exp = more levels gained, meaning the US average level is raised.
3. Free Food!
Requirements to enter the AA Program:
1. Must be under level 21.
2. Also must not be in the military.
What you need to look for in the AA Program:
1. Stay active and look constantly in the Arm America Organization for alerts.
2. Get on IRC and be active in #defense every once in a while.
3. Subscribe to Arm America Organization newspaper, and mine as well because i will carry the updates too.
