Join the new world

Though most of you may not know me but that doesn't really matter.

I love eIndia! It's resilience, the people, the spirit, the warmth, the brotherhood. Although we may not have much to boast about in this 'New World' but we have all, over the years, carved a niche for us.

I think we are a lot like the RL India in our way of life here, except for the population, of course. We could never achieve that damned baby boom even as nation after nation waxed and waned in their natural cycle of life. Although I haven't been around here for forever, I haven't really noticed any such yin and yang law being applied to eIndia. It has, for as far as I can remember, been a small jolly faction of awesome people from all over the world.

We have, however, become less ambitious as a nation or perhaps just more pragmatic than before. But I sometimes think that not achieving a baby boom is a blessing in disguise for though we may had become a powerful nation, but the love might had perished. The few of us, who got the opportunity (yes, I would like to call it an opportunity) to join eIndia as it is now and has always been, it has been a wonderful experience.

What the future entails, no one can really tell... but I hope that eIndian community continues to thrive in this warm little cocoon that we have woven for ourselves.

Also, though it's hypocritical, I think people should write more. Whatsoever weird thought that you may have, just pen it down and publish it - don't keep it restricted to IRC. It will help a lot in generating buzz and activity.
