What is a PTO, but a Pile of Garbage Being Reset?

Day 1,331, 00:38 Published in South Africa South Africa by Stryke Blayde

Hello

I'll admit, the past few months have largely consisted of me doing absolutely nothing. An article here and there, sure. A derogatory article at the Dignity Brigade based on pretty much nothing did get quite the heat, so it's somewhat inspired me to try a media career. As I've browsed the media, it's lately made my head hurt quite a lot. Some people don't who sense any make, some peple whu simply dun't know how 2 speel, and then there's the few stragglers who actually do. I hope to be one of the stragglers, or at the very least appear competent.

I'm typing up this article in an attempt to bring to light a very serious matter. A matter that has been plaguing this country for nearly. In this article or the next, I will bring to light a problem that began in August of 2009.

You see, in the summer of 2009, a young man came to eSouth Africa by the name of Travis Granger. He brought with him an estimated 400 citizens, myself included. A following that would have helped eSouth Africa prosper was cut short when Mr. Granger's Attention Deficit Disorder caused him to abruptly abandon the following. Quickly and steadily, the following comprising of primarily sheepish individuals followed suit, abandoning the game and leaving very few to remain. Before he left, however, Mr. Granger created a party built on the idea of helping eSouth Africa regain their footing after a recent wipe of the country. He named this party the Associates of General Wellness, and the party, and in concept, was well-meaning. In execution, however, a party led by individuals who have been in the game for roughly a month or so does not bode well, for the party quickly declined in numbers. While the few remaining members were learning as they were progressing, it unfortunately wasn't soon enough as the party was not recoverable before a PTO in March of 2010 caused eSouth Africa to fall off the map.

When eSouth Africa returned to the map a mere month later, these members of the AGW chose to 'reboot' the party into a more relevant ideology. Claiming the AGW's purpose was fulfilled, they quickly formed the Naturalist Party of South Africa. During the party's relatively short life, it focused on simplifying democratic procedures, and helping newer players 'get into the swing of things' and to allow them to seek out their fitting political party. Had the party been given enough time, the potential could have been found and used, but a Hungarian PTO in late July/early August of 2010 forced the party to go defunct largely, with time and resources going into fighting the Hungarian occupation.

The end of the Hungarian PTO was met with critical reception. Some claim the act of giving gold to our Hungarian oppressors was simply insane based on how much they had stolen already(it is an article of mine, but it is extremely relevant to the time-line), while others claim it was the only way to place eSouth Africa on the map again. Supporters of the former decided to fight that idea, creating what would be known as the Constitutional Equality Party. This party focused on the idea that Congress was the vital democratic point of the country, and that decisions(such as the aforementioned 'buy-out') should never be passed over the heads of Congress. In concept, it seemed like a well-mannered idea. However, the execution and fallout was severely lacking, as the driving force the party was built upon was largely forgotten. In the time-span of a few weeks, the party had simply become a portal to individuals wishing for government elections.

In light of more...recent events, I feel as though the Constitutional Equality Party has long run its course. As a result, I have decided to go along with the suggestion of reinventing the party to a more appropriate and effective political party. However, I am doing this in support of a new motion, without the support of the original party, and thus you could consider this a Political Take-Over. In this motion, there's many a thing I wish to execute, one would be the re-tweaking of a few established ideas, and putting said ideas into action.

I believe a reset is in order, and so in this instance, I feel as though the only viable option is to force it. Regardless of the reception I may or may not receive, I will do....whatever it takes....for the best interests of eSouth Africa to come to light.
