Join the new world

I’ve been thinking a lot of the current state of eSA, our stability, and our peaceful times. It is lekker place to be in, but we as a nation should be taking advantage of our current situation. What do I mean, when I say this? Let’s look back in history again to the rise of the nations preparing to battle in World War 2. Let’s look at a specific nation, America.



America like the rest of the world, was experiencing tough economic times called the great depression (eSA also experiencing economic pressures). The American government started a series of public works and the government poured a lot of money into the country providing jobs and modernising the nation (eSA also doing something similar).

This isn’t the point I would like to focus on but rather another aspect. America although loyal to her allies chose to rather remain out of the war in the beginning, and be a nation at peace. But even though it was in a peaceful time, a time of stability it capitalised on the current situation.

America took the opportunity of peace and made profit.



It industrialised itself and started making stuff for the rest of the world who was at war. Everything America did was to make itself a better and stronger nation. Concerned of her allies America chose to help them by supplying them things, at a price of course. While industrialising it also set out to develop their people, improving everything about America. Better yet it marketed itself as a nation, “to have a better life, land of freedom and prosperity”.

What does this mean for eSA? We should be taking advantage of our current position, capitalise on the fact that we can build our nation. Market our nation, put a brand out there that eSA is place to be, “Come get rich and strong in our wonderful nation”. We can also take the opportunity to train our new players, build them up militarily, politically and socially. Build our nations prestige by working on its history and its international standing. So that when we are directly affected by this war we can stand, and even cause some serious damage assegai style .

Come on guys our older players have built a foundation we can build on lets take this opportunity to become great.
