WAR IN THE MIDDLE EAST - [OPINION]
Rufus1988
As we all know Cyprus declared war against Israel. Israel and its allies were defeated in Beersheba. A day later the Cypriot troops continued advancing to the heart of Israel and attaked Tel Aviv. Our soldiers have been fighting, however the success seems too far. We do not have enough power, nor weapon for a significant resistance.
This conflict is a terrible answer to those who had wanted war before.
Natural Enemy (1)
Natural Enemy (2)
Although the majority of Congress were realist, but we have to ask the question : Were these proposals just prophetic intuitions, or simply irresponsibility?
Seeing this war, the last one is the correct answer.
The Foreign Ministry was not on top of things!
Was it apparent that something was up, or we are just a victim of an inevitable conspiracy?
Were We betrayed?
Maybe, it is true...
Were there any signs?
I think so...
Where were the intelligence agency? Was the war so unexpected?
One thing is certain, if the war could not have been avoided, we could prepare for it.
The most important mission of the new president - addition to the national self-defense - will be to establish an alliance which can guarantee the peace in the middle east, and our territorial sovereignty.
In many cases a smart foreign minister would be better than a strong soldier, especially if the enemy has got more dry gunpowder.
...breaking news...
Presidential candidate of Cyprus 'Mithrandir' was interviewed by Israel Republik News.
Israel Republik News asked him about war between our nations.
Mr. Mithrandir said when the Congress appointed Israel as a natural enemy it was just a proposal of a negligible minority. He classified it "troll" action.
The Israelian Congress had to react to this proposal, and all hell broke loose.
If they were not interested in the war, they would do everything to stop it. We do not see it.
The actions and words are not consistent with each other. The Cypriot public opinion, and the politicans as well support the war.
Upgrade:
In accordance with the above statement, they attaked Jerusalem, in the day of 2064.
Comments
It is their own imperialist needs and desires. A war broke loose for nothing at all.
Realists or not - they have a goal: Empire.

Excellent article. Well written, however...
Instead of pointing fingers and trying to blame somebody, how about looking for a solution to the current problem? The rest of us past masters at pointy fingery stuff

I hope, the new president Tom Kafir hase enough power to solve the crisis. And I will help him indeed.
Otherwise
Do I want to blame somebody ? I do not think so.
Do I want to provoke the government? Yes, I do.
Why?
Because the leaders should assume the responsibility, if they have.
We have right to know, what does the government do.
Do We have right to ask? Yes, one of the most important pillar of democracy, is the right to ask.
Are these question provocative.
Maybe it is true.
Does is generate debates?
I hope so.
The debates bring us closer to the solution.
I was a citizen, I know one's onions.
Does anyone be hurt?
Who is criticized, is powerful enough to hold one's own.
I love your way
