Want you really do changes?
Daniel Cheers
Dear readers,
i don't want to give up and i continue to suggest to the admins the real changes that the smart players deserve.
Let me know (you 15 readers) if you agree with me.
this is what i have post on erep forum:
1) don't allow employer to work as employee in his own company
2) don't allow producer of raw materials to consume his own raw
these changes are used to avoid the main erep economy problem since v2: understimation of costs! The 99% of enterpreneurs sell their goods, for example houses, not considering they missed salary when they work as employee of their company and the same happens using their raw materials so they think they're gaining money but in true they're wasting money.
3) increase the duration of houses or decrease the working tickets needed in the formula of production: now houses are more usefull but too much expensive: i have to spend about 2k cc per week in order to obtain 230 healt more at the day change that means 23 prestige points more per day = 151 in total not enough for taking one reward more in the weekly challange.
4) the overtimes points are not for free but a lot of donkey are believing that they are. In order to obtain 24 points so one overtime work you have to spend at least the daily cost of q1house: actually around 40cc very close to the cost of the house itself (so maximum you could have for free a +50 recovery energy at the day change

My dream is to see once again working skill, differentiation of products, different currencies, embargoes, company related to the region of construction and not to the player's citizenship and of course org able to share company/companies together with other players (and more over a stock exchange market). I know that if you turn this game into a "farmville" you have you reasons behin
😛child players are more active and more "willing to spend" than olders ones that would appreciate more challanges than a pushing-bottons-game.
(you could also create companies of guerrilla equipments and let the MU organize the supplies to the soldiers: money, guerrilla items, weapons.)
Hope that someone (admin) will read this and an answer will be very very welcome.
Thx

hm, i do not like this attitude, "let's change the game" well if you don't like the game take your negativity else where, or maybe better yet use that smart brain on top of your head and find a way to get what you want with the tools currently in your hands (without asking to change the game).
how to get things profitable with the tools currently you have?
become president or convince the current congress government to go to war aginst a major courntry requiring that country to spend its reserves. make sure it is a country that has a large reserve of cash. then usa and the other country will both dump their reserves to buy weps and wep prices go up! now wep produucers use the currency to buy food! so food prices go up! then the average joe buys a house to produce overtime due to the high demand of workers and high wage markets! then joe gets his money and spends it becoming happy!
if your going to ask the admins to do something in irl to change the way the game works. how about you shut your trap! you cannot control people don't even try! use you free time you used to write this article scomplaining you don't have enough gold and get a irl job, then use that currency tyou make from that irl job to buy in game gold! profit! not too complicated. hey if you don't like the idea of a job how about the idea of investing in stock markets you even said it is a good idea to invest in stock markets! use your irl money invest in say UPRO a 3x levereged etf, to get twice the average rate of the stock market irl. then use your profits to buy ingame gold! or do all three and be extra happy! get in game gold! invest in the stock market! meet new people at the job that would pay better if you had some skill!
Your arguments are very weak. You Do not deserve a comment. Anyway i'll say to you just two things: i used to play v1 like you and my brain was much more stimulate and i bought golds becouse there were a lot of interesting things to do. By now i don't want to pay rl money becouse simply i don't have nothing in return and i don't have problems with golds here i'm talking about fun that now it's very low but not too much to push me away from here. Are u able to understand or want u to insult my intelligence talking about rl?
i called you smart! i did not insult your intelligence, well now i will your dumb! you want somethings changed i give you a general way to change them then i give you a specific way to change them, then i even go on to giving you a way to avoid what i perceived to be your problem!
but yet you are still filled with anger! if you don't want to change yourself do not expect anyone else to change anything!
I Agree with Daniel.
The housing change was introduced on account of sluggish activity there. They are stimulating the sector by rewarding the home-using with a boost in production elsewhere.
The feedback, in my opinion, is that players will try to work overtime in the most profitable facilities (aka q7 weapon and food factories). This will not automatically induce more food and weapons use, because the limiting factor there is the energy available (food fights available).
Bottom line, we will have in the near term modest increase in raws price, strong overproduction of q7 items, and their price will plunge consequently. At this point income will go negative for producers, so they will reduce salaries. This will in turn compress demand for q7 items, so a deflationary spin will set up, until the bottom price will be reache😛 raw set to 0.01 cc , and q7 items just above the production costs.
the housing boost will backfire in this way, nobody will buy more houses than the current level.
If you want to really boost the market, just remove WAM, or set the default energy recovery rate to 20.
Have a nice day,
Phitio
what do you define as a boost to the market? cutting production in my case by a factor of 150. would not help the economy one bit in turns of consumption of items per player. we would see a great reduction in the quality of life of players.
the limiting factor is clearly not energy, if a player worked they get 40 which is 6 q7 weps and 300 energy worth of food. they regen 2400 energy a day but wage only pays them enough to use maybe 1/4 of that.
there are lots of ways for a player to get more energy recovery. the weekly challenges, buying the combat stash or pack i don't remember which. i see people donating currency to another player who is willing to buy the stash for them. and maybe eventually houses. if the player does not have the money to buy food or weps to fight to get the extra energy regen from the weekly challenges they will not have the money to buy more food or weps to fight more if given more energy regen.
what the current houses do is let everyone work two times, this is more beneficial. players now can get about 7 more paychecks each week to buy more items with if they decide to buy a q1 house.
Sorry, I forgot to stress that I always consider zero real money put into Erepublik. I'm playing Erep for maybe 5 years at present, and still zero euros spent. I always forget that many other players put real money in Erep, this bit of information still refuses to find a placement in my memory array. 😃 😃
