The Spanish are headed on a “warring/diplomacy” tour, beginning in the eUS. Obviously, eSpain and ePoland are very close. “Our eternal allies,” if I read their official bulletin correctly. Google Translate helps.
Summary
eUS is not eSpain’s final goal. They want to relieve the pressure for ePoland, drawing them into direct battles on both sides.
eBrazil and eSpain are buddies. They informed Brazil about their intention to attack the US, and hoped Brazil would stay neutral. eBrazil will stay neutral because they don’t want to fight their Spanish friends or want international fallout.

There’s some conflict between eChile and eBrazil. I think.
eUS is not appreciated by eChile. eChile is also quite friendly with eSpain, knew about the war, and will not aid the eUS.

The Spanish are cowards. They wouldn't have NEed the eUSA if the Poles hadn't pretty much wiped the States already. Their talk of a real war is rich, considering that they just spent 8 months picking on a nation a tenth of their size. They'll never enter into a fair fight.
Spain's entrance into this war was really unnecessary, they just wanted an excuse.
As for Brazil, well we know that already, they want to be on the winning side and don't seem to care for their allies until they get what they want.
Chile was pretty cool, but they have RL bonds with Spain etc. so they are quite friendly too.
Looks like they were getting bored too lol. Nothing increases interest like a good old war.
