Los gobiernos de México y Cuba acuerdan la realización de una TW.

La TW tendrá lugar en las regiones mexicanas de Gulf of México, Northwest of México y Northeast of México.

Cuba debe ganar las batallas directas y México las RW. En cualquier momento, y bajo la coordinación de ambos gobiernos, se puede dar la orden de evitar que una RW salga adelante.

Cuba debe abandonar todas las regiones mexicanas antes del día 23 de cada mes, retomando la TW una vez acaben las elecciones al Congreso.

Cuba devolverá semanalmente los impuestos recaudados por su presencia en regiones de México. La fórmula para esta devolución será pactada por ambos gobiernos cada mes.

Este acuerdo debe ser renovado los día 7 de cada mes por los nuevos CP, pudiendo ser cancelado de manera unilateral por cualquiera de los paises. En tal caso Cuba devolverá lo antes posible las regiones de México bajo su dominio, se devolverá el dinero pendiente de los impuestos y si firmará un Tratado de Paz.

The governments of Mexico and Cuba agree to hold a TW.

The TW will take place in the Mexican regions of Gulf of Mexico, Northwest of Mexico and Northeast of Mexico.

Cuba must win the direct battles and Mexico the RW. At any time, and under the coordination of both governments, the order can be given to prevent a RW from going ahead.

Cuba must leave all Mexican regions before the 23rd of each month, resuming the TW once the elections to Congress are over.

Cuba will return weekly the taxes collected for its presence in regions of Mexico. The formula for this refund will be agreed by both governments every month.

This agreement must be renewed on the 7th of each month by the new CPs, and may be canceled unilaterally by any of the countries. In such case, Cuba will return as soon as possible the regions of Mexico under its dominion, the money pending of the taxes will be returned and if it will sign a Treaty of Peace.
