Hi kids!

So just to refresh our memories here's a couple excerpts from crisfire's article...

"I recently changed my party to the CPF from the MDP because the MDP has been politically taken over by a lethargic group of people that work under the attitude of
'I'm the most inactive member of MDP. I'm not involved with party politics. I assumed that the purpose of the party was to elect the people we want in Congress and to CP so that we could be dick-taters.'- CP candidate Thedillpickl"

He goes on to say...

"I admire a great many people within the MDP (including Thedillpickl) and hope that one of them becomes the next leader that inspires others to become a more productive and engaged eCanadain."

What is not quoted is the reason why I'm an inactive party member. The rest of my comment went on to explain that I've been detrimental to unity when I do stuff in parties. I tend to have a polarizing effect and arguments have started that I didn't initiate. One side gets mad because I'm an 'elite' that is trying to force my will on the party. The other side gets mad because they want to do what I said. I'm left stuck in the middle saying "IT'S ONLY A SUGGESTION!" but by that point nobody's listening. (I have people that will verify this if they would comment.)




Sharing The Love



Not wanting to further disrupt the MDP I've decided to mix it up a bit. I've contacted TheSmoke and have assured him that I'm not planning on interfering with CPF business at all. I will most likely candidate for Congress on the 25th and if so the party is free to place me where they will. I do not expect any favoritism.

So that everyone understands, I have no bad feelings about MDP. Several Pickle's are members of MDP including the PP Jason Welsh (who apparently is not active enough for crisfire) so I'll place myself at a distance from the situation. Maybe I can expand my horizons and meet new people, meanwhile the MDP can break free of my deathgrip . Perhaps I'll start rotating through the top 5 every month to 'Share the Love'.
