The Gnilraps Team:

If there is a major difference between the Federalist Party of April 2011 and September 2011, it's that we now have a wide base of experienced, active players who are not burned out from Party activity.

In April we had good people around, but they were the exact same people who had been doing the exact same things for longer than they wanted to. Then PP Jacksondr5 noticed that it was hard to find good help, and I agreed.

But the Federalist Party has enjoyed 5 very good months. I feel like a kid in a candy store as I put together a Team to lead our Party if I am elected on the 15th.

For a Vice President, however, I am choosing a man who has done his fair share of Party work.

I choose Soren Nelson because I trust him, because he has experience as a Party President, and because the only time he disagrees with me on anything is when he is right.

Cromstar has a plan. You can probably repeat that phrase every day and it will never stop being true. When my IRC pings and it is Cromstar, I will drop everything because I know the conversation is about to get good. All of eUSA should tremble in their boots, as Cromstar shall be the Federalist Party Political Director.

Prestige. Worldwide. And not just because he is a Special Forces retired General. This dude is a buzzsaw. His contributions to our Party will become epic, just as he is epic. And with xDavidx as Director of Recruitment, somebody better order more cookies... this thing is about to explode.

I was surely one of the very first to subscribe to the Washington Herald. Already after only 6 issues, Michael Raab has attracted 78 subscribers. Why? Because his paper looks good, it reads well, and he mixes things up with good variety. Exactly the kind of creativity I want in the person who will be serving as Director of Party Media. After all, I'm not giving this position over to just anyone...

twisted-pixel has also been around for quite a while, which makes him an attractive choice for what I feel is an absolutely critical component of our Party's success, the Federalist Outreach Program. As Director, he can be relied upon not only to know what information our party needs, but also to manage a team of assistants. He's proven himself a leader by example.

Chief Forum Administrator is a job that needs to be done by someone who works daily, and does not tire of repetition. Kara Beth actually sees the beauty in doing a job well over time. That is why our Forum is a beacon of excellence among all eRepublik-related Forums. I wouldn't dream of taking the keys out of her hands.

Somebody needs to write a biography of Civil Anarchy. You would not believe the irons he has had in the fire. This month, I'm handing him the IRC Guru brand and stoking up the flames. He's often-enough on, he can be trusted as being level-headed when conflicts arise (as they ALWAYS do on IRC), and he knows his sugar. #FedPartyChat never looked so good.

In my announcement article, I mentioned a brand new initiative that I have been planning for our Party. This is neither the time nor the place to discuss the details of it. However, I want to announce Sozo as the Grand Poobah in charge of making me look good by insuring this new effort is a success. Don't ask him to talk about the details either, it's hush-hush. Why Sozo? Because he is the single most under-utilized talent in our Party and I don't want to exacerbate the egregiousness of that error.

My goodness this looks good, duddnit?

I've had conversation with each of these people - enough so that I am confident that the Gnilraps Agenda for Growth and Influence will be a huge success for our Party starting September 16th.

All you gotta do is pull the right lever...

I ask all Federalists to step up their Forum Activity starting now. It has always been the hub of activity for our Party and it is a key piece of my Agenda for Growth and Influence.
