Join the new world

In the last few weeks, many of us turned our eyes to the Balkans, where Macedonia occupied Greece and Bulgaria and Turkey fought over their borders. It was obvious, however, that in the south of Europe, ONE was defeating EDEN, as Croatia, Romania, Greece and Turkey all lost their empires and home territories.

I believe that war is over now. The tides have changed, at the very least. Cyprus joined the war, and Greece is now liberated, with Cyprus controlling Albania and Greece slowly conquering Macedonia as well. Turkey and Bulgaria's border is relatively stable, Romania is free, and I hope that Croatia will manage to defeat Serbia as well in the coming weeks.

But now, we find ourselves with many new fronts. On the global level, many countries sought to expand their borders in the last few days, resulting in wars between previously inactive nations. Indonesia has invaded South America, and is slowly being pushed back; South Africa attacked Australia, only to have its few free original territories taken; and Thailand has launched a large-scale attack on India, aiming for its important resources.

But those nations seem so distant. Don't worry. In Europe, Poland has taken Germany swiftly, but quietly enough to hide the danger from Terra leaders until it became too late. Now, with Poland and Hungary ruling Central Europe and with Germany and the Netherlands being (nearly) wiped off the map, Hungary has invaded France. Initial conquests around the border caused France to lose its grip on southern England, which was retaken by Canada; but France is having a tough time dealing with the invasion. At the moment, Hungarian forces have the upper hand in Île-de-France, the French (RL) capital, and a region near the center of the country. The French and their allies are fighting bravely; but right now, it seems that this battle will be lost to ONE.

So we have to remember that TEDEN is not only about the Balkans. Not only about EDEN, either. We have to remember that TEDEN is a united front against the forces of ONE, against those whose top priority is the conquest of other nations. And we, the soldiers of TEDEN, must show our loyalty by fighting for our allies, by fighting for their freedom and independence.

בשבועות האחרונים, רבים מאתנו הפנו את עיניהם אל הבלקניים, שם מקדוניה שלטה ביוון ובולגריה וטורקיה נלחמו על גבולותיהן. עם זאת, היה ברור שבדרום אירופה, וואן הביסה את עדן, בתקופה בה קרואטיה, רומניה, יוון וטורקיה איבדו כולן את האימפריות ואת השטחים המקוריים שלהן.

אך כעת אנחנו מוצאים את עצמנו עם חזיתות חדשות רבות. ברמה העולמית, מדינות רבות רצו להרחיב את גבולותיהן בימים האחרונים, מה שיצר מלחמות בין מדינות שהיו רדומות למדי עד כה. אינדונזיה פלשה לדרום אמריקה, והיא נדחפת החוצה באיטיות; דרום אפריקה תקפה את אוסטרליה, והתוצאה היא שהשטחים המקוריים החופשיים הבודדים שלה יילקחו; ותאילנד פתחה במתקפה רחבת היקף על הודו, בכוונה להשיג את המשאבים החשובים שלה.

אבל המדינות האלה נראות רחוקות כל-כך. אל דאגה. באירופה, פולין כבשה את גרמניה בן-רגע, אך מספיק בשקט כדי להסתיר את הסכנה מפני מנהיגי טרה עד שהיה מאוחר מדי. כעת, כשפולין והונגריה שולטות במזרח אירופה וגרמניה והולנד (כמעט) מחוקות מהמפה לגמרי, הונגריה פלשה לצרפת. כיבושים מוקדמים באזור הגבול גרמו לצרפת לאבד את אחיזתה בדרום אנגליה, שנלקחה מחדש על ידי קנדה; אך צרפת מתקשה להתמודד עם הפלישה. ברגע זה, ידה של הונגריה היא על העליונה באיל-דה-פראנס, הבירה הצרפתית (במציאות), ואזור בקרבת מרכז המדינה. הצרפתים ובני בריתם נלחמים באומץ; אבל כרגע נראה שהקרב הזה ינוצח על ידי וואן.

אז עלינו לזכור שטדן זה לא רק הבלקניים. זה גם לא רק עדן. עלינו לזכור שטדן היא חזית מאוחדת נגד כוחות וואן, נגד אלו שהעדיפות העליונה שלהם היא הכיבוש של אומות אחרות. ואנחנו, חיילי טדן, מוכרחים להפגין את נאמנותנו בלחימה למען בני בריתנו, בלחימה למען חירותם ועצמאותם.
