Join the new world

For stumbling around the new world for almost two weeks now, the experience starts to get better, as I begin to indulge myself more into this new game. Still learning, and trying to learn fast, however maybe that’s not going as well as hoped, as just recently I had learned medals give gold. As someone mentioned this game is best for its community, and considering the “eventful” last few days this much is clear to me. However those two weeks were spent trying to remain apolitical and removed militarily as well. Well I didn’t really bother fighting much as my damage is miniscule so far and it’s quite boring to be frank. In politics I was uninformed of the history of Canadian politics here, and the political structure. However remaining removed from these two aspects of this game seems to be ignoring the whole point of the game so I decided to dip my feet into the world of politics.

There are various parties in the Canadian sphere of politics, and before making what I believe is a large choice in my future in the game, I want to be informed before this decision is made. So the method I have chosen to do this is to message the Party Presidents of a few larger Parties (namely the Canadian Progressive Front, Rylde’s Whorehouse, Imperial Party, Beaver Action League, Military Dictatorship Party, and Clan Wolf, you’ll notice that I left out Parti Fancophone, but due to my dismal French capabilities I would struggle to hold conversation).

So I messaged the presidents asking permission to wander around their party, to conduct interviews with themselves or any recommended representatives for the party, and received the all clear signal and positive feedback from some parties, and still await response from others. So at this moment, I wait for some responses and am in the process of messaging other party representatives.

And probably the main purpose of the article is here, feedback. I have some questions already bouncing around my head, about party principles, stance, history, as well as questions about recent events that have transpired with the dictatorship taking over. Simply put, if anyone wants a question (hopefully intelligent) to be asked in the interview then this pre-interview announcement allows citizens the chance to offer me some helpful questions to add.

Secondly if you want to add yourself to the list of interviewees, then simply comment or message me on your qualifications to warrant a place in the interview and I will consider it.

As you may have notice, the opportunity has presented itself to upgrade a training centre today. Despite my earlier skepticism about the program, I have decided to bite.

However you may notice that despite upgrading once, my gold does not cover the cost of a second upgrade. As the program only allows a 10 gold loan after a congress review, I have decided to challenge congress on my terms. I am in need of 19.5 gold, larger than your current maximum amount, however since this deal lasts for only ~35 hours as of writing. So consider this, a two month loan, 19.5 gold, in which I pay back 5 gold, when a medal is earned during that 60 day period. I’d be earning 15 strength a day, so I should be able to reach a super soldier every 16 days (rough estimate), so it should be paid back before the 60 days are up.

Whether you believe I will repay the loan or not I don’t care, but I’ll just say this: I plan to invest time into the game, as I am doing right now with the interviews, and failing to repay a loan puts my credentials down the trash for any further political career, if you don’t want to take the risk then I understand.
