Dear readers,
My apologies for not writing anything for more then three months. As everyone gets periods in life when it's hard to get free time for the stuff that you like, it seems that my turn has come to be less active in online games.

In this paper, you'll find my commentary on stuff happening mostly in eSerbia, but usually somehow relating to eWorld in whole.

'Multies' vs. Fun
Newest thing people cry about when loosing battles is "Multies" and "Gold gained from multies". As i know there are people who use multies to help themselves, it shouldn't be overlooked by us, other players. Multies are the things that ruin your economies, they don't buy guns, they don't use houses or gifts, hell - some of them don't even eat food, and YET they do produce things to help overstocking. And it's the least of the troubles they make - i bet that each and every one of us can think of many uses for resources obtained trough illegal or unjust methods. But i play this game for fun, and to be a part of a team. I play this game so i can help my team win by playing FAIR. I take pride in having fun while playing fair.
And try to picture other way around? Lets say multiple accounts are allowed? What would this game turn in? What would we be competing in? Who can invest more time into this game trough completely non-creative work of creating multiple accounts? That isn't a game anyone would like to win in.
So, stop making multies, and start thinking of creative ways to gain gold/respect/votes/whatever is the reason you made them in the first place.
It's all about the fun, isn't it?

Caring about new players
Just minutes ago, i was talking with some new players on eSerbian chat, and i was told that department for public health in eSerbia isn't helping all new players with wellness if they have problems - they decided not to heal players they don't see fit to be healed. Looking from their position - gift prices are really high lately, and it costs them a LOT to heal everyone. But then again - how do you intend to keep new players if you do not wish to help them?
Not to mention that few days ago there were no offers for skill 0 jobs on our markets (not even government ones) so i employed 70 people in some q1 land company i kept on as a joke. As i don't really care about money in this game - it's not a good thing that we let our skill 0 Job Market get empty.
With this in mind - i have decided to help new players with higher quality food whenever i am able to spare some money (if lot of them needs help, i'm even ready to sell one of my companies - that q1 one) to support all the food. If you are rather new player and have financial problems send me a message with a request for help. Good idea is to add the reason why you started playing this game - if i get out of money, i will help those with most interesting answers first. This applies to all new players, not just eSerbian - but eSerbian players WILL have advantage over others.

Caring about all the other players
I have noticed one new player in eSerbia with a nice idea - since lot of people deal on monetary market, it might be a nice idea to make a list of people who are "unwelcome" to trade on our market. I personally don't think it'll become popular and widely used, but i need to tell people they should at least support the idea of closed monetary transfers. Article is on Serbian and you can find it on this link: http://www.erepublik.com/en/article/-1-1331464/1/20
I need to say that long time ago (4-5 months ago, there was a project "Blacklist" where eSerbian Internal Affairs team would add people who try to scam. Maybe idea is to make unified list of undesired people both on black market and monetary market? Anyway, it's nothing i would be willing to work on, i just support the idea! 😃
Also - i would like to comment on prices on eSerbian market: Since this war started, prices of gifts and weapons are rising at alarming rate. I own a gift company and i tend to sell gifts rather cheap - compared to other company owners who decided to sell it at fixed price (which is too high in my opinion). The main problem is that i get hate mail when i decide to sell my goods cheaper. Why is it so wrong to provide cheaper gifts to your fellow countrymen? (If you plan on commenting how you need to earn back the money you put into the company - do not comment, thanks)

"We are eSerbia"
I know some time passed since the meeting of eSerbian players on Avala, but i had to look back and comment on it. You know that you are really playing eRepublik once you meet other players in real life - When hundred people gather for drinks and food, people that share the love for the game, people that play (more or less) as a team to make eSerbia better, well - it's hard to explain the feeling. Many times i thought about quitting the game, but then i wondere😛 Would i meet all this people, some of whom i consider my good friends now, if i haven't took on eRepublik? Most likely, i wouldn't. I agree, not every player is nice, but this meeting of players in really refreshing experience - it is great to put faces to names, it is great to be around so many people that share your passion for some online game.
And that is why we get so good as eSerbia - we all get together and we have FUN! 😃 I'd like to personally thank everyone that showed up for the great time i had that day!
I hope that meeting on Fruska Gora at 8/9 of May will be at least as half as good as the last one, and invite EVERYONE to come and hang out! Find out why we rock!

Still having fun,
Still doing what i can,
One Tin Soldier,
Leaffly 😃
