Yep, you read it, is this not official, but since there has not been an update for 4 days by the MoD, and an active battle going on, I took it upon my self to inform the public.
Do not fight for Australia in Queensland, fight for Peru

Fight just for our allies not for Australia in this campaign, Peru will manage easily in Queensland and they will make some TP damage as well.
Sorry, J unsure of what the priorities are at the moment, as I am not in the DoD, just saw some people doing big hits for Australia and no real articles about targets
I am in the cabinet and I still don't know why Peru is holding that region. Do we sign any deal or what?

But the official agreement, I am unsure
I know that Peru want to rent 2 regions and we want to give them. Of course they don't need NSW. Queensland is important and thanks to the Turkish AS Peru took that region without attacking us directly. Last few days JT supply some players with information (including me) which requires adding extra points to the agreement.
As far as I know Peru should hold Queensland for free until we finalize the agreement. They took it fair and square from Turkey. But I am not sure if all cabinet members know this.
The deal for renting NT and Qld was signed starting from when they take the regions (which is their responsibility to make an acceptable plan of action regarding). AFAIK.
