Join the new world

Well again it has been nothing but lively in the eUK this week. We've seen Impeachment proposals, numerous battles, regions lost and valiant defences, tax proposals aplenty and the resigning of trusty alliances.

Firstly, the obvious and most important event in the eUK for many months - War. As some may know Congress approved our Presidents proposal for a natural enemy and attack on Norway. I voted Yes. We was assured that Russia and other certain allies were okay with this so Congress accepted the plans by quite a large majority 33-2.

As we all know this lead to Canada suddenly acting all honourable (Portugal will be wondering why this protective arm hasn't been forth coming though) and declared war upon us as well as the Dutch. So again we faced a three way ''gangbang'' (to quote the French Government media) and Slowly but surely we started losing our regions. Another three country wipe seemed inevitable and an impeachment proposal against Big Ant was launched.



The Impeachment was rejected although the Yes votes for Impeachment was 16-15 in favour, It is worth noting for our newer players that to Impeach a President it takes 66% of Congress in favour of the removal from office, which is why this proposal failed.

So with the country seemingly split and arguing Norway's began their push along with Canada, last night though witnessed a turning point as we halted the onslaught in the East Midlands which Canada have always coveted with envious eyes...an oil rich region bordering another. Make no bones about it...this was an important blow to the Canadians and one which is also a blow to their morale considering Spain is about to launch an attack on them to help us. For this action we thank Spain for their loyalty and help...Grateful thanks also to the countless Serbians, Polish, Slovenians, Hungarians and other TWO and CoT nations.

The enemy will say we couldn't do this alone but remember we were facing three foes, numerous battles and other nations soliders who are our foes...including the dastardly French who tried their hardest but failed in their attempt to have a border for an attack on the eUK by launching a RW against their Polish masters in Picardy.



The battle for the eUK is obviously far from over so please remember to keep an eye on your shout boxes for Government orders and supplies, we have to continue the momentum in the West Midlands and rout the Canadians before we turn our attentions to routing the Norwegians. This week we have seen the re-signing of MPP's with Bulgaria (29-4 In favour), Hungary (Passed by 32-2), Poland (35-2 obviously passed with bells on otherwise Congress deserves to be bent over and lubed up) and Spain (34-1 in favour). I voted Yes to all these as every country mentioned are vital to our independence and are all our dear friends.



Please, until we have dismissed the nations currently soiling our green and pleasant lands with their presence try to hold off on the inward fighting. Save your excess energy for our foes and helping your parties in the Congress elections next week.
