This is the agreement between Poland and Slovakia on Kosice, the Polish article can be read here.
1. Poland may have Kosice - Eastern Slovakia (Slovakian sand region)
2. Poland will not support any revolution against dictatorship. Poland will defend current dictatorship regardless of the person in charge as dictator as far as the current geopolitical situation allows.
3. Poland may stay neutral in case of attack against eSlovakia, no MPP is needed
4. Poland will not start a resistance, in case it is started will not liberate the region.
5. 10.000cc for the first month, no fee later.
6. Taxes from the region will be returned to the Dictator
