My Perspective on the NE of Chile

There seems to be some negativity towards the NE of Chile.

Well I’ve seen some of the reasons people are upset and have put out my personal opinion on these matters (i.e. I’m not representing the eAustralian Government!)

Why are we fighting Chile when our own states are under Indonesian occupation?
Indonesia is not a country we can challenge. They are stronger than us, have more gold and have far superior numbers. Us fighting them would only provoke them and probably cause our own demise

But what about China aren’t they fighting Indonesia and winning at the moment?
Yes they are, however that doesn’t mean that China will be willing to waste gold on us especially since we have shown many times that we can’t hold our own territories against Indonesia as they are militarily superior. China and basically all our allies are likely of the opinion that it’s a massive waste because as soon as they stop helping Indonesia will walk back in and take over again and it won’t just be the territories they took last time it will probably include others as we will be stabbing them in the back.

What if Chile beat us?
That is rather unlikely. First off it’s not just us invading Chile. New Zealand is already fighting with Chile. On top of that the only ally Chile has is Bulgaria which is a member of EDEN meaning that Bulgaria won’t be supporting Chile against us.

This is Argentina’s and Brazil’s sphere of influence. What happens if we provoke them?
From what I can tell Chile isn’t an ally of either Argentina or Brazil. If they were id assume they would have a MPP with one that said Bulgaria isn’t exactly a close ally of either Brazil or Argentina. Also keep in mind that Brazil is busy with Spain at the current time.

AHHH NOW WE ARE LIKE INDONESIA... STINKY, HORRIBLE AND EVIL IMPERIALISTS!!!
Yes eAustralia is taking over another country by Military force. Does that make us Imperialists yes i suppose it does. Are we doing this for the sake of being Imperialists though? No we aren’t. Chile has resources that eAustralia doesn’t have. To make ourselves stronger we need those resources. If we ever hope on getting our own territories back we either need to become strong enough to actually defeat Indonesia OR become strong enough that Indonesia won’t want to provoke us so they will give the territories back peacefully.

How do we do this? Become stronger, get more people, have a better economy.

-Becoming stronger is done through war gaining military rank.

-Invading a country and having a war is likely to both increase how many people we have joining and retain more of those already joining.

-by Taking the territories of Chile we will be giving ourselves a stronger economy. The regions Chile has give a boost to our economy and make us more productive.



If you have other reasons why you think we shouldnt be invading Chile feel free to comment (im going to ignore comments like "invading countries is wrong we might hurt their feelings" etc as that type of moral thinking should be purged from an internet game that is geared towards fighting in wars
