Citizens of Ireland,
In this article I will outline my plans that I mentioned in my previous article in brief detail so as not to bore you.
1. Raise funds for airstrike
If I am elected I fully intend to launch an airstrike. I have spoken with the SG of Aurora, VeskOP, and I am more than confident that we will get alliance support for this mission. We have a target and I can guarantee you, this operation will be a spicy one. However we as nation will need to pull together and contribute towards this airstrike. Please spread the word and ask your friends around the world to contribute to the Irish Airstrike Fund!
2. Sign 10 MPP’s
For the airstrike to be successful we will need a lot of fire-power. For this to happen we will need to sign more MPP's to increase our damage. I intend to sign at least 10 MPP's in total to ensure a greater chance of success on this operations success. I will speak with both my MoD and MoFA team's to ensure we sign the MPP's which are value for money.
3. Launch an airstrike
This will be happening when we have secured the funds. We have our target.
4. Revision of new citizens message & resources
We need to keep retaining citizens and in order to do this we need to keep improving the resources available for new citizens. I wish to review the National Library and include more up to date guides and links to services new players can avail of. Upon review with finances and my advisor's about establishing a Training Ground Grant Program for new citizens. I also plan on rewriting the New Citizens Message so that it contains one link which is clearly separated from the rest of the text as hyperlinks in this message do not work and this makes the message appear like a messy blob of text.
5. Promote use of #eire and community interaction
eIreland is famous for our community. Over the past few months community events have been greatly improved as have relations between factions within our society. We can still do better and improve our community by having more citizens return to our IRC channel, #eire. My plan is to organise a weekly National Convention for all Irish citizen to participate and discuss domestic and global matters whilst giving their own input to the government.
In my next article I will release my cabinet which I am currently in the process of piecing together.

Community is non-existant.
I'm not sure what has happened to the once vibrant eCountry that I new but this has turned into a highly militarily driven eworld.
I support your aim to breath some life back into the community but I'm not so sure your ideas will work.
I think a rejuvenation of the eIreland forums is a good way to start.
These forums once were the beating heart of eIreland and provided a deep sense of community to our little ecountry!
There's been several attempts to start forums again and again, all failed.
However whenever National Conventions were held, people showed up. It may not work but if the whole community is given the one window to come online and discuss matters it may bring more people online.
Lad isn't wrong where national conventions are concerned.

The conventions are a good idea. Any idea to get people talking and debating is good.
But, well structured forums which every citizen knows about is much better.
All they need is a good admin/s and a few people willing to market them and make them attractive.

Say you really want to improve eIreland.
You must know if you are elected it will split the ecountry even more and do exactly the opposite.
That's due to petty politics. If I am elected and do a good job, what are you going to say then?
I'm going to say we took one hell of a risk and got lucky.
I'd rather we didn't take the risk and electe a known thief. Say what you like about us in the ILP but when we "nearly" candidated sawc and then he stole the money we learned the lesson and never made the same mistake ever. We strive to ensure Honest people are supported. Since the Plainview fiasco I am watching The Labour Party and the Real Labour Party who backed him making the same mistake this time in full knowledge of your past history.
Sorry Conway there should be no way back for you to the highest office but hey this is eIreland and your cronies are back on top. Bhane nailed it before he left!

I have said it already and have PM'd the current MoF and the new one if I'm elected about removing the money if they feel necessary. I'm not after any money, I'm trying to lead my eCountry and help it out cause at the moment it's struggling. A lot of people who I betrayed are ready to give me another chance and I thank them for that, stop being petty.
I repeat the best way you could help your eCountry is by not running for high office

Marcus stole money. He gave some to his friends. Conway got 200K. He returned every penny the next day and was the only person to do so. He provided proff and info on who stole it and got what. I think that makes him an Irish Hero not a thief. If I missed something can some one tell me where conway stole something?

honestly, you bear a burden (deserved or not), and the best way to cancel it is to stay in penance and help in a lesser position.
even if the best will of the world, your candidacy is not the best idea in a moment where the country faced many robbery attempt.
I've stayed in penance for over a year. I've proven to be one of the most active citizens and have assisted plenty of governments.
You all should stop saying I'm going to rob the country, its petty. As said before, money will most likely be taken out of the orgs as a precaution. I've given more to this country than probably more of my critics.

Your charicter or work ethic are not in question to me. BUT I would have reservations on your plan. The country has something like 2 million or more in reserves and you want people to donate to the airstrike, use the treasury. Do not understand the reasoning to use so much for MPP. Not crazy about a training ground program for new citizens. Think you are kicking a dead horse to get people on the IRC. Very good person for the job but you are capable of a better plan. I dont know how much exactly is in the reserves, but the cash end will be covered by the State. We just need food, I don't want to burn too big a hole in our bank on one operation.
So many MPP's to ensure victory. We will need a lot of fighters, trust me you'll understand if this operation is launched. It will be quite big.
Training ground program is a complete fictional thing at the moment. Just something to look into. Requirements will be strict, eg. 2 HW medals within 3 months of eBirth. They will have to work and be active to be capable.
