Astra Kat G's paper "Shining in the Darkness" is a good read.
Lieutenant Scheisskopf's paper "Stars and Stripes" is very detailed and very excellent.
Buck Roger's paper "The Buck Starts Here" is also quite good.
... oh, and my paper is amazazing as well .

Woxan's paper. Yeah.
While the DOD ORDERS is, NO DOUBT, the single most important paper for civilians...MOST of our most ACTIVE citizens seem to be in the MILITARY...or active in POLITICS...or BOTH! That's why I feel that more serious players NEED someone like Desert Falcon...for a GLOBAL perspective(GDR). Soldiers find MUCH more of interest, in the Army Times...but if they want to get the BIG picture, they'll read Global stuff, or more SPECIALIZED papers(often with charts, figures and 'tool' links, etc. Other personal faves?: Woxan, Frost, Gauis, McFarland (too many to recall at the moment...but ONE really BIG FAIL comes to mind, and it's name begins with J E W I T(that's enough...FAIL does it's OWN job of FAIL!)
I have heard that Stars and Stripes Journal is a good read
