Media Problems and Solutions : The Whys and Hows

I do not pretend to be an expert on this topic (or for that matter any topic) but I would like to share what I do and think and put in my share in improving the conditions of media in the countries having media problem due to small population.
First lets have a look at the problem. The reason behind the issue of too few articles apart from the population.
1. People do not write because they can't get the right sort of idea for writing an article. Even the best of writers only write for publishing their manifestos and stuff for elections.
2. Smaller countries, at least some which I have seen, like Pakistan, India and Japan usually use English instead of native languages for writing articles. So those who aren't confident enough about their English proficiency don't write articles even when they are super active. While some people don't have the confidence that what they wanna say is important.
3. Some people who work hard for their articles but then see completely stupid articles getting more votes than their articles. They lose heart.
4. The reward for writing an article and being active in media is too difficult to get, 1000 subscribers and all a person gets is 5 gold.
Solving the problem is so easy.
1. Read.
Reading is the only way towards good writing and searching for new topics. Especially the international media. You can find the international media from the link below:

Read articles of at least 2 pages there. And then read the local media. The top 5 articles on the home page right underneath the Military Campaigns are more than enough for little nations. Though don't put too much burden on yourself. If some article feels boring but important just skim through it getting the gist otherwise drain it, this is important if you are to do this long term.
And surely you will find the hot topic of the day or some other topic. Simply write on those topics for starters.
2. Cut your own path.

Who the heck told you that writing in English is the only way in smaller countries? And who is anyone to fix a language for any one? Make your own trend. Write in Urdu/Hindi, Pashto, Punjabi, Telugu, Gujarati whichever you like. If you can understand these language so can others. If your language's script isn't here heck you can even use this Roman script. We aren't pros here and no one is expecting from us to write like a pro. Be confident in what you think (if you think).
Who cares whether you are wrong or right. Let me tell you a secret. Those who write foolish articles without any knowledge of actual things are normally considered as trolls instead of ignorant
3. Be Persistent!
If your article is reasonable. You will get at least 3 subscriptions per article. Thats what I have normally gotten per article since I started from 0. If your article is downright stupid. You might get even a hundred subscriptions but that depends on how prejudiced you were. But at times some good articles can get even more than that. Depending on the quality of your article. But don't get your hopes high that isn't easy. Use shouts at different times of the day. For example, 1 shout now, another 3,4 hours later and so on. This way all your friends from different time zones will be able to see it easily. Spamming the article 4 times in 1 hour won't do much good. Also try out the IRC, although most of the good chat rooms have now banned the posting of articles because of spamming fags(but I still think it was really stupid as the media module is already dying all people do is try for those damned sub for sub thing). Still the option is available on a lot of rooms but ask whether its allowed or not before posting.
4. Develop The Writer's Pride!
The real reward for writing an article is not that stupid 5 gold, silly. Its those comments of 'great article' and the interest people show in your article and the votes! Just try to feel it. Why do you play this game? Not to make virtual gold, do you? Its to enhance the sense of self. To make yourself special. What better way for newbies to make themselves special?

I'd only suggest to not only write persistently, but meaningfully. Save your articles even if they're not received well, you'll eventually be able to use them in regards to future situations.
