Friends,

I am a soldier and my speech is ruff and plain. Please pardon me for my lack of words.

I'm tired and weary. I've enjoyed my time here but my time as an active player is ending. I wish you all the very best.

Those who know me know I love military history. Thomas Jonathan Jackson on his death bed is quoted as saying, "Let us cross over the river, and rest under the shade of the trees."

How fitting. I will now begin my cross of the river as the shade of the trees seem most desirable.
