Since Houses have been re-introduced, we have not reviewed their taxes. The question we need to ask is how this market differs from Food or Weapons. South Africa have 40% bonuses to production (like Weapons), and a small market.

I propose that we bring Housing Taxes inline with our other Raw Materials and Manufactured Goods so that this local market can grow properly.
