Here we have one of the newer members of Independent Voices
During various messages the topic of elections inevatably came up (all kinds not just congress )
I suggested some publicity might help alot for a newer player so here we are 🙂

1. So Manlneely how did you find eRepublik.
January last year. I was going to create an account then but never got around to it. This year, I got an ad for this and remembered. "What the heck," I thought. "Looks like a good way to pass the time."

And it all goes downhill from there 🙂
2. Why did you join eIreland?
Most of my family are of Gaelic descent. Scotland is not an independent country so eIreland was my favorite choice.
3. What kept you in the game?
The challenge. For one, this game has a lot in it. Military, trades, politics. What more could my wee little heart desire in a game?
4. What were you first days like
They were pretty good. I wish I hadn't spent all the gold I was originally given but I did okay.
5. Who were your first friends?
Probably binksy. The other friend invites just seemed like formalities. Binksy pretty much showed me the ropes.
6. How did they influence you?
Maybe I influenced them.

7. What was your first campaign run hopes ?
my first campaign was for president of Independent Voices. I accidentally deleted half of that sentence.

8. How do you think being elected into congress could help you and you help Ireland ?

For me, it would get me an achievement and some gold 😉. For eIreland, I feel I can do a good job helping. I've heard that I'm quite the strategist.
9. What is it like being a member of Independent Voices?
The freedom. I dislike dogma and I feel that political parties just put people in a box so that they can't consider ideas that are from "the other side."
Independent Voices does not require you be "Right" or "Left." you be whatever you want to be.
10. Do you have any tips for new congressmen or people who plan to run
ie how have you prepared yourself?
I channel that deep, Hitlerian voice within myself and write a speech.
11. What are you main political views?
I assume you mean in RL. Mostly Right-wing. I admire some of the economical systems utilized by the Nazi Party in Germany.
13. How far do you see your political career going?
All the way up to president of eIreland. 😉
14.How are you faring with your Military career ?
I scalped me 20 Brits yesterday. 🙂

16. Has anyone stood out in your view ?
Again, I assume you mean in RL. I dislike the people who abuse the welfare programs, food stamps, and disability benefits. I feel they are impediments to the nation. Don't get me wrong, I'm not criticizing these programs, nor the people who apply for them. I'm criticizing the people who apply for these programs with the intent of abusing them.
17.I there anything you would like to change about anything here in eIreland ?
Yes, I want to lower the taxes. 😉
