Interview With President Israel Stevens

Day 1,775, 07:45 Published in USA USA by portcolumbus

Presidential Interview

I am proud to once again have gotten the time to ask some more questions to the highest elected official in our nation, and hopefully bring another good interview to the American people. I know I haven't gotten as many out as I would like, and the weekends are really the best time for me to put some time into creating articles.

Interview

1. What do you think of the new Congressional elections system?

If we can control which parties are in the Top 5, then it is awesome. It can completely prevent PTOs. I also really like it, because it means that good, quality people can get into Congress. People with new ideas, that perhaps wouldn't pull enough votes to win a region.
The down side, is that it favors the #1 party, because 2 clickers vote for the top slot. It also really hurts 6th parties.

2. What kinds of issues do you see the new system creating in the future?

Well, as I mentioned above, 6th parties are really impacted by it. They have to have a lot more trust in the Top 5 Party Presidents than they did before. The other issue, is the #1 party getting a dominating majority every month.

3. How do you feel the system of moving people to other parties to try and get the AFA out of a high spot went?

We moved hundreds of people. That is not an exaggeration. Hundreds of people moved. But, it just wasn't enough. With the amount of multi-accounts that were made in the AFA, we didn't have a chance. We would have needed at least 200 more people, and probably more like 300. By the end of all the movement, the AMP had fallen to number 3, and was less than 50 members away from being knocked out of the Top 5.
We simply didn't have enough people available to counter that many multis, and foreign nationals.

4. Some have said that you giving up bonuses in the past to make things easier in Congressional elections by having less regions to protect was a bad idea. Now that we have a new Congressional election system, do you intend to stop that policy, or would it be of use in the future?

Part of losing regions, was about losing bonuses. I think with this new system of Congress, we can focus more on surgical losses, as opposed to trying to lose tons of regions. We saw FYROM cut off Pennsylvania and Maryland. That cut off all our aluminum.
Losing bonuses is working. The USA is about to dip under 12,000 citizens. It is a slow process however, as the foreign nationals that are here, attempt to get CS elsewhere.

5. How do you feel your term in office has went thus far?

It's been solid, although it hasn't had as many public successes as I would have liked. But behind the scenes my amazing team continues to excel. There have definitely been some failings, but we have also done a lot of good work.

6. What do you consider the greatest accomplish of this term up to this point?

My greatest accomplishment hasn't been announced yet. You can expect an announcement on Sunday or Monday. I am very excited about it, and hope that the American people can rally around it as well.

7. Is there anything else that you would like to say to the American people, the readers of Meet The Press, or myself?

Thank you so much to everyone that moved to a new party last week. I know that we weren't successful, and that really sucks. But sometimes, you need to lose a battle here and there so that you can better appreciate the victories.
We are going to stop this PTO, even if it burns out all the oldfags. We will not sit idly by and watch our nation turn into a Serbian leper colony. This is America, and we bow to no one.

Conclusion

The PTO threat in this nation seems to me to be bigger than I've ever seen it before. I hope that our nation can somehow rally itself to fight the AFA and all others who wish to try and destroy the integrity of America. I hope everyone enjoyed the interview, and as always, stay with Meet The Press for the time when our next article comes out.
