Interview With The President

It feels like every month, regardless of anything else that might be going on, whether it be eRep or RL related, I honestly always enjoy doing an interview with the newly elected President of the United States. Once again, I bring this interview to you, the American people, and hopefully the world, for the purpose of continuing a tradition that's now over 15 months old and going strong.

Presidential Interview

1. What do you think of the new plan to select a "Unity Candidate" to help prevent PTO's in Presidential elections?

I think it's the clear choice for the foreseeable future. Seems to have worked out pretty well this time, even with a few people voting the other way because of butthurt over my election.

2. Were you shocked to see your opponent get as many votes as he did?

No, I knew turnout would be low because people refused to vote for me unless they absolutely had to (and some voting against me out of spite, as I said)...which wasn't going to happen, a clear majority still oppose the PTO.

3. What plans do you as President have going forward to help reduce the PTO threat in this nation?

All we can do is keep beating them back until they see they can't win. We need to disincentivize new people moving here, and limit the potential damage.

4. What are some major goals that you wish to achieve during your term of office?

I've got some war plans, but as those are still in the works and I haven't had a full meeting with the alliance yet, I can't go into them. I plan on trying to pick up the listenership on eNPR by raising the level of discourse a bit, and I want to help fingerguns with her initiative to energize our active parties.

5. How do you feel about the new system of electing people to Congress, implemented during the last cycle of Congressional elections?

It is pants on head retarded, the admins are simplifying the game so it's easier for people to just zombie click through life...excepting the times they need them to buy gold.

6. Is there anything else you wish to say to the American people, the readers of Meet The Press, or myself?

No, not really. Just that anyone who has questions can drop me a message any time.

Conclusion

I hope everyone enjoyed the latest Meet The Press interview. Of course, I would like to thank the President for taking the time to answer the questions, and I look forward to speaking with him in the future. I know I don't get to do nearly as many articles as I wish to, but in the meantime, I will work my best to make sure that the ones I do get out are to the best quality that they can be.
