People like the USA. They like to play here. We got a pretty good country, it’s an alright place to play.

I get it as far as "just fill out the form" and that's really all anyone needs to know. And it's a subjective process of your own, and you've been put there and entrusted to make and enact good policy...

It is more or less that.
I decide on different things though.

If people ask me to approve, I usually blindfold approve them.. like from Voots, shefutzu, others.. I don't do so for just anyone. Also, it's usually strong tanks that they vouch for.

There is no Immigration [advantage] for tanks that want to tank for the USA. Why would it? They lose TP money and still decide to tank for us. We benefit from it 100%. With tanks I mean foreign LXX [Legends].
Or, in cases like just now… events with shadow boosters many people wanna rank up for other countries cause double process for protector… also lower Legends come for tanking with no Immigration process needed.


Other than that, basically all others go through the Immigration process.
We talk, we see where they want to go, what their goals are and why the USA is the chosen country for application.
I check some stats (on 3rd party pages) to see what alliance they fight for, if they are bitches on the battlefield, like if they steal a lot or similar things. Sometimes I go deep into one's history, I could talk to their old Commanders, Presidents.. Whatever, it depends on the conversation we have, I guess.

But in the end, if there is nothing to worry about, they get approved... which is ALMOST everyone cause why expect bad from people?
