I like previous members of the prestigious crowd notice things in nature and want to use that insight to achieve greater profit! (ok some use nature to acheive a higher understand of nature. example using the fact- light is viewed as moving the same speed from all inertial reference frames- to achieve and unimaginable accuracy for the gps ).

my perception: workers are willing to work for 5 dollars less than current market wages!

my hypothesis to why this occurs: foreign nationals like to move to the highest paying country to get a job. They then have to pay a traveling fee because of this cost they save money if they do not change jobs and ride out market variations.

proof:I am going to assume my hypothesis is correct unless someone can prove otherwise!

how to use this hypothesis to reach a more profitable business! because work hours can be stored and because foreigners do not change jobs easily. when wages reach a low point. times after losing a production bonus or two. hire workers. and hire about 10% more than one needs for each production bonus lost and if sufficient cash is on hand. then when wages rise all the american employees will leave to find the better paying jobs and the foreign workers will stay because it will be to costly to have them leave. then you will have "slaves" people who cannot leave working for you because it is too expensive to leave. and the stored hours from the american workers will tied you over until the next time of low production!

this can save you about 10% on employee costs!
