I crushed him... as promised.

Well... hmmm.

I find myself in a rather interesting predicament. My party placed me as a blocker in DC because I strongly dislike Harrison Richardson and we thought it would be funny to make him nervous about losing an uncontested race.

But then he actually lost the uncontested race.

I am writing this immediately because I don't want there to be any question at all about what happened here. What happened is- I have no idea. Those 3 votes that came in for me at reset did NOT come from the Federalist Party. Because of our raffle and our mobile voting methods, we can account for nearly every vote cast by an active Fed. Not one of them voted in DC.

The other night on The Report podcast, I decided to spice the show up a little by joking around about the DC race. I said I was going to 'CRUSH' Harrison. Everyone laughed. After the show, I realized how bad it would look if I did somehow win the election after talking so much trash and saying I would beat him. So yeah...I know people may not believe me on this one, but if you've worked with me in any capacity, you would know how little I care about being in Congress. You would also know how important it is to me that blockers be blockers and candidates be candidates.

But... here we are. I won the election and I am officially a Congressman. I don't want this job, but I know I am capable of doing it.

I leave it up to Harrison Richardson to decide my fate. Should I resign or serve?

UPDATE: Harrison Richardson- "Serve, obviously. It wasn't your fault."

Oy vey.
