Hello eAustralia !!
aJollyOldChap
Hello eAustralia, I am Welshlad4eva and I recently made the move from the eUK to eAustralia. In this article I just want to tell you a bit about me as I am new here.
I came to erepublik in August last year and have been a Citizen of the eUK until today. I was a member of the British Armed forces and earn a few medals fighting for the eUK. I was part of the UK Reform Party and was elected a member of parliament twice. During that time as MP I often spoke out against the Dictator with a good friend of mine, Mr Razor.
I moved to eAustralia as I saw that it was a place where everyone in the community was involved in issues, wars and politics. Whereas in the eUK there was a political establishment which dominated everything, therefore new, less experienced players were given no opportunity to get involved. I love democracy and the eUK unfortunately does not have one. Then because eAustralia does have a fully working democracy, I wanted to move here even more.
In eAustralia I intend to contribute as much as I can. I will work and pay tax here. I will fight alongside you against any foreign invaders. I will try my best to integrate into your society. And if I ever get into public office I will make sure I deliver what's best for you, the people.
I am defiantly not the brightest of people and so there are still a lot of mechanics in the eWorld which I don't really understand, like many economic things. So I may need advice sometimes and I will always accept any advice.
I would like to make a special thanks to An Australian Man, J Seemore and Kattrrina for helping me through the citizenship process. And if anyone has a question or wants to give me advice please do.

We're always happy to have new voices with new ideas in politics.
Next term once the details of economic changes are made know by staff we will spend some effort in educating the public on the merits of different approaches. So hopefully all questions can be answered.
And just be careful of the wildlife, some of it bites 😛
