Join the new world

Hello everyone!

Guess who's running for President? That's right, I’ve decided that I’m going to run for CP of Norway! For the longest time I’ve been thinking that I could never take on such a role and so I have resorted to helping out in other-ways instead, but seeing the cabinet positions that I have taken part of in the past as well as the people I have gotten to know I believe I could fill this role nicely, I intend to do the best that I can!

Who is Jasper Zuidema?

First off who am I? Well most of you know that I am not real life Norwegian, I am a Dutch, but I moved to Canada and now live in southern Ontario, I work full time as an Automotive parts counter salesman/ delivery driver though out the day and help on the family farm on the side as well.

How did I come across this game? Well in the past I played Civilization 3 quite a bit and while working on a scenario mod I was looking up some information when I came across erepublik, I have since then become addicted to playing. I first started in eNetherlands but decided to move to eNorway, I still think that was the best decision, I like the community here and have gotten to know some great people.

Experience:

Now, I have been part of a couple cabinet positions, have been a congress member and have been ambassador to several countries as well including France, Australia, New Zealand, Germany and the Netherlands to name just a few.

Above is just some of the experience that I have had in different roles, and you can see that I'm no stranger to foreign affairs. Next term is going to be crucially important time for Norway and that is why I am calling on a strong cabinet that will help me through my adventure this month:

Planned Febuary Cabinet:

vCP – Joshua Morriseau – I’ve known you for quite some time now and you have been somewhat of a mentor to myself and a good friend to rely on, I would appreciate your guidance as you help me though this month.

MoD - Indigodavo95 – I asked if you would be willing to fill this spot, you gave me the opportunity to learn this position and I’d like the best qualified guy for it!

vMoD - Bloodtrail – You told me you have never held a political position before so I’m giving you a chance to learn something new, You will work with one of the best MoD guys I know around!

MoFA - bATRA – While I’ve been in gov with you before I have never gotten the chance to really work with you, however I know your quite familiar with this role and I could use someone with your experience in this spot!

MoF – Akashaton – You seem to be in this position almost every month, you must really enjoy crunching those numbers! I'm glad to have you one board and I can trust you will do a fine job!

MoI – ivan Europe – This is a familiar spot for yourself to work in and you know it well, I hope you can keep our 5 member congress busy 😉

MoE&S – Magnus Barelegs – You will be responsible to helping our younger players learn everything they need to know about how this game works!

MoFF - Morten Asphaug – Ahh yes I've always found the name of this role interesting! I asked if you could fill this spot again and you happily accepted, I hope there will be plenty of new faces that you can help out this term!

As I don't know if there will be changes yet I'll be posting an updated cabinet list in a few day along with my policies that I plan to pursue. To those who have taken a spot thank you! I appreciate the help and the time that you are all offering! I hope we can have a good successful term next month!
