So, here's the plan:
We are selling tickets for 100 dollars each.
For every 100 tickets sold, the prizes will increase by 100 dollars. All profits go to the national treasury. (Including article endorsements.)

How to play:
To enter, send 100 dollars to Jimmy Cincinnati, for each ticket. There is no limit on the number of tickets that you can purchase.
Contest ends on the 4th of July. Winners will be announced later that day.
