Forthcoming PP election

Yep I've thrown my hat into the ring for the position of PP, about time I put up or shut up.
I know i'm not viewed as everyone's favourite party member, especially by those who I've criticised and quite rightly so in my view in both regards. Those who put themselves up for the position need to be able to take any criticism and answer it rather than avoid the question. I can't promise an upsurge in membership as I don't believe that multie's count but i'll try and gain us some new blood.

What I hope to do is continue rebuilding the bridges that were burnt with the other parties and carry on with some continued stability. I'll also bring back the mass message system that was used by a former PP as I thought it was a good idea and gave everyone who wished, a chance to put their opinion forwards, I also feel that this was a good place where debates and different viewpoints could be aired and either shot down or defended by people being able to speak freely.

There will be no repercussions during my term if you voice opposition to any of my ideas or views as this opposition makes for a healthy party and will hopefully give us some fresh ideas or new perspective on matters. This may sound intimidating to some but one of the ideals of the party is about transparency and this is one way to show to all the members that you all matter and have a valid view on things. It also goes a way to eliminate any accusations of bias or secrecy as all those in the message thread will be able to see what people are saying.

With regards to congress actual visible activity will play a part in those who end up being selected by the party membership, but it will only be available to those who are members prior to the PP election, this is to stop people being imported to try and influence an internal party decision. Those who then end up representing the party will be expected to communicate with the party spokesman as i'd like to see a return of the congress updates which informed the party as to what was going on but also showed what our congressmen were doing, voting for or against proposals.
The party secretary i'd like to be responsible for running any party ballots outside of the message threads.
The VPP will be responsible for keeping an eye out for threats both within and outside the party, basically suspect account hunting.
Our party councillor i'd like to be one of the older players who can offer advice to those newer players who might feel awkward in asking something in public message and prefer to ask in private message instead.
