In the last few days, I've had to play some musical chairs with cabinet posts.

It has kept me busy. I've had several high-level people tell me that they would not be able to fulfil their commitment next term. There is a major surgery that got scheduled for one person, a business trip come up for another, and a job promotion for someone else.

So I've had to reshuffle the deck a bit.
