Fighting tutorial
Ministerie van Media en Recrui
You must have reached level 5 and have a wellness of at least 40 to fight. Before you fight you can buy weapons. You do not need weapons to fight, but with a weapon you will do more damage.
No weapon = 50% damage
Q1 weapon = 120 %
Q2 weapon = 140 %
Q3 weapon = 160 %
Q4 weapon = 180 %
Q5 weapon = 200 %
There's a huge difference between no weapons and a Q1 weapon.
When your strength is low, you will not do much damage. Buying a weapon will increase the damage, but it will still be low. Better save your money and fight barehanded. Later, when your strength is higher, Q1 weapons are very efficient because it will increase your damage from 50 to 120 %. As you can see, with two Q1 weapons you'll do more damage than with one Q2 weapon. You can buy weapons on the market place: Market > Marketplace > choose Weapon where the question mark is, fill in the amount of weapons you want and click on “Buy”.
Beware: If you have weapons in your inventory, you'll loose one weapon for every fight. The weapon with the highest Q first.
Damage
Not only weapons, also wellness, strength and rank will influence how much damage you'll do.
The better your health, the more damage you'll do. So keep your wellness high.
You can improve your strength and gain 2 xp by training. You can train once every day. Go to My places > trainingsground and click on “Train”. Training costs one wellness point.(you can train with or without spending gold)
Your military rank depends on the total damage you have done in your eRepublik career. In the table below, you can see what damage you need for which rank. Soldiers with a higher rank will do more damage.

How do you know where to fight?
- subscribe to the newspaper of the Ministry of Defense or
- go to Info > Military Stats and check the battles listed there, or
- go to My Places > training grounds and see the battles you can fight in
Subscribe to the newspaper of the Ministry of Defense to be notified of the battles.
Fight
You have found the battle. Now click on "Go to Battlefield" and click on the fight button. Sometimes you have to choose between fighting on the red or on the green side. The green side are the defenders, the red side attackers.
Every time you fight you'll loose 10 wellness points. You can gain wellness by visiting the hospital once a day. The amount of wellness you can gain depends on the quality of the hospital, 10 wellness points for every Q of the hospital (Q5 = +50 wellness).
Northern Netherlands, Western Netherlands and Wallonia have a Q5 hospital. If you are not living in one of these regions, you can buy a moving ticket and move there. To move, be sure to have a moving ticket in your inventory, go to My Places > Profile. Click on Change Residence, select the Netherlands and the region where you want to live. Moving costs 2 wellness points, it is best to fight first and move later, especially when your wellness is around 40.
Do not fight too many times. If you keep your wellness high you'll do more damage.
Heal
Move to a region with a good hospital. After fighting, go back to the battle field and click on “Hospital” and click on “Heal”. Or go to Info > Social Stats, click on the region where you live and click on “Heal” (next to hospital).
Don't forget to fight as late as possible!!
Comments
Waw, we got active minister 😛.
Good job😁.
yes, very nice 🙂
Maybe explain kamikaze too mate!
Who are you?
Thanks Deviltje. 😉
I'm not sure if kamikaze is something we need or even want new players to engage in.
kamikaze is something for older players, not for new ones
And when do you have a non-low strength? Something like 5 is enough?
Important !!!
When you start eRepublik something very important is to keep the wellness above 40, you have to know that company Q1 use 1 wellness, but a Q2 one will use 2 wellness, Q3 use 3, ...
The most important is to reach level 5 to be able to fight and then restore easily 50 wellness with hospital.
Have fun.
Put the cool picture from the sidebar advert on here!
