We have forgotten that there are many paths to take







We have become robotic in our way of thinking.










Sometimes a complete turn can be successful.











But in many cases it can be fatal.










Standing still is not an option either









We need to move or we will lose even more leaders.








The time has come for a slight change in direction









Yes it will take hard work convincing some leaders to change direction.










However with a little bit of effort anything can be achieved
