Hello dear population. In this article I come with a good new: eIsrael has improved the relation with eCuba, and we have signed a treaty. The caracteristics of it are:

Cuban-Israeli Friendship Treaty
The objective of this treaty is to formalize the friendship between the nations of Cuba and Israel, nations with similar interests and which desire to create a strong relation of brotherhood and protection.
1. Cuba and Israel declare themselves allies even though, for economic motives, there is no MPP to certify it.
2. When one of the nations asks the other for military help, the latter shall set orders to fight for the former through an official newspaper.
3. None of the nations shall set orders to fight against the other nation, even when the battle is against an ally.
4. Both nations shall have their counterparts included in their state MU's priorities, if there is any.
5. The governments of each country shall ask the national MUs to include the other country in their priorities.
6. There shall be organized joint operations in order to forge a better friendship.
7. This treaty shall come into force at the moment of its publication.
8. This treaty shall break if any of the two countries communicate it via an official article.

הסכם ידידות בין ישראל לקובה

מטרת הסכם זה היא לחזק את קשרי הידידות בין ישראל לקובה וכן להפוך אותם לרשמיים. שתי המדינות בעלות אינטרסים משותפים, ושתיהן מעוניינות ביצירת קשרי חברות ואחווה.

א. ישראל וקובה מכריזות על עצמן כחברות ברית, אולם, בשל סיבות כלכליות, המדינות לא יחתמו על הסכם הגנה הדדי רשמי

ב. כאשר אחת מן המדינות זקוקה לעזרה צבאית, המדינה השנייה תעזור לה בכך על ידי מתן הוראות לחימה באחד מן העיתונים הרשמיים של המדינה

Tratado de Amistad Cubano-Israelí
El objetivo de este tratado es el de formalizar la amistad entre las naciones cubanas e israelí, naciones con intereses similares y que desean crear una fuerte relación de hermandad y protección.
1. Cuba e Israel se declaran países aliados aunque, por motivos económicos, no exista un MPP que lo certifique.
2. Cuando una de las dos naciones solicite a la otra ayuda militar la segunda deberá dar órdenes de luchar por la primera mediante un boletín oficial.
3. Ninguna de las dos naciones podrá dar órdenes de luchar en contra de la otra nación, aun cuando la batalla sea contra un aliado.
4. Ambos países deberán tener puesto al otro país dentro de sus prioridades en la MU estatal, si la hubiese.
5. Los gobiernos de cada país solicitarán a las MUs nacionales poner al otro país dentro de sus prioridades.
6. Se concretarán pegadas conjuntas para forjar una mayor relación de amistad.
7. Este tratado entrará en vigor desde el momento de su publicación.
8. Este tratado se romperá si alguno de los dos países así lo declarase mediante artículo oficial.
