DQ Something New ;)

Hello eAmerica, this is a short announcement/lulz article about my campaign and a little incidence I had with DQ. Sorry Kmathis1022 🙁



Well let me start with the serious bit- the campaign. Gaius has now dropped out of the running, and although he still remains on the ticket in game, I have now become the only major opposition to his campaign. Yes CivilAnarchy is running too, but from what I understand, that was a last minute thing 😉 Anyways, we’re gearing up for the 5th. Come watch the UIP debate tomorrow at eRep time 17:00 in IRC room #uip. Not sure if Gaius will be debating there anymore, but HR and myself are scheduled to, so it should be real interesting to say the least. There will be another article about Citizen Participation/Fun and a final campaign statement by me tomorrow, so keep checking my paper 😉

Now on to the real important business: Let’s just say I got screwed twice by Dairy Queen.



The first time I was nearly cheated out of 69 cents. I went in and ordered the Brownie Batter Blizzard which of course they did not have, so I changed to a cookie dough Blizzard. What’s the total? $3.31 I give the lady 4$ and she doesn’t give me any change. Of course when I remind her I need change, she gets all defensive and starts telling me that she already game me the 69 cents. Well I figured it’s only 69 cents: “Fine, you can keep the change.” Well I quickly returned the next day because I was again craving a ice cream 😛 And this happened



WTF??!!

Anyway, to make up for it, I decided to head towards the bulk foods store near me so I could pick up some decently cheap candy toppings and make my own blizzard. Well let’s just say it’s a good thing Ajay Bruno wasn’t there:
