This dictatorship is only protective and respects the Democracy. The Dictator doesn't decide anything and applies the decisions made by the government and congress.

Current Dictator system must stay... it is a Democratically Elected Dictatorship.
As Franckie18 said, it is the gov and congress that decide, the dictator only executes their decisions.
