DEFIANCE PARTY PROGRAM
1. Economic Structure
- DEFIANCE sees owning property in production areas as the main reason for inequality in a society, and advocates economic plans in order to lessen the inequality in the society.
- As a social movement within itself, leadership of Belgium organizes and operates state companies, advocating equality between every single worker in the state organizations.
- Companies excluded from state organizations are supported if it is beneficial to the state's current situation. But in situations that private organizations lack to offer products in world market prices, state can interfere with the market.
- State is organized according to the work force and the natural resources of the country for industrialization and development. According to this principle, central treasury may invest in the areas that is necessary for the country.
- After the necessary amount of money is spared for the development of the collectivist organizations, rest of the total value from the production is shared between the workers.
- Assuming that the private organizations would not employ workers, state companies are always obliged to have job offers, and state provides food for beginners.
- In order to lessen the importance of the liberal market, DEFIANCE sees the tax policy critical. Taxes must be lower to lessen importance. Hovewer, if the state does not have a company in a spesific market, the privite ownership will be tempted.
2. Political Structure
- Leadership of the country is organized as a direct democracy.
- DEFIANCE secures the democratic rights of every social or political ideology and opinion, and DEFIANCE creates such political organs in order to satisfy democratic needs of the people.
- DEFIANCE defends that every single citizen has the right to work, eat, own a house and acquire guns for wars. The state is obliged to meet such demands.
- All of the state officials shall be informed about the state's affairs regularly by media. Organizations are/will be created in order to satisfy this issue.
- Everyone is equal in EBelgium regardless of their race or ethnicity. Belgian leadership takes cautions not to let any kind of racist, chauvinist and oppressive actions, unlike the previous capitalist regimes of Belgium.
- DEFIANCEis in aware of that every single newbie in eRepublik needs a teacher, and DEFIANCE is responsible to welcome the newcomers.
3. Basic Liberties
- DEFIANCE supports and values basic rights and freedoms to which all humans are entitled, and regards freedom of expression and propaganda and union rights as indispensable.
- It is the duty of all DEFIANCE members to stand against any idea that would undermine the liberties of people and hinder economic and democratic development of the country.
- Discrimination based on ethnicity or nationality will not be tolerated.
4. Fundamental Goals
- The fundamental objective of DEFIANCE is the organization of a democratic EBelgium.
- The creation of a Belgium where all citizens of all ethnicities live together peacefully is amongst the primary goals of DEFIANCE.
- DEFIANCE will base its policies on the principle to achieve a social and direct democratic Belgium and will propagate its doctrine accordingly.
- DEFIANCE will not hesitate to use all available resources to create a country of equality, liberty and democracy
Party Structure
As a direct democratic and social party DEFIANCE believes in the collective leadership. But of course, there is a minimum of hierarchy in the party.
At the top of the hierarchy, there is politburo.
Under Politburo there is Central Commitee, consisting of the commitees members that our party has.
At the bottom of the hierarchy, there is the Party Congress. Even if it is at the bottom of the hierarchy, Party Congress has the right to veto a move that Politburo decided on.

- what are the estimated costs of what you want to do? Seems very important, you can shout all you want, if you don't have the funding to back it up then it's nothing but a bubble
- all equal = everyone 4 Q7s + necessary WRM comps, 3000G/citizen I think
- at 0.06/WRM, a Q7 costs in raw material 12CC, add to that the wage cost about 2CC, that's 14cc, which is higher then the cost of getting them in China atm, so yes lower taxes, I'll buy them elsewhere and dump them on the market, milking the state
- state organizations and state providing, see the above statement, where/who you're going to buy from? You're going to check and see if the actually produce that amount and not get it on the blackmarket cheap and selling it with profit to the State?
Give me some real figures you estimate, and how you'll secure the balance and equality you strive for in providing for all citizens. Actual setups, in numbers, checks and such. Then I'll release my grey matter on it once again, because this is just meaningless, like almost all political statements 😛

I am completely supporting this program, although some of its nuances and few details are not perfectly possible and fully achievable in this game. We are standing absolutely behind Workers Self Management system and equality for everyone. But eBelgium being country ruled by the Forum caste, we can not change lot and influence positive changes to add more of the political pluralism, variation and cultural differentiation.
We are standing alone in our corner; and the rest stands there in their corner. That's the reality of eBelgium.

Think that both sides are moving to the middle of the room, let's hope they finely find the right way to work together, there will always be exceptions but they become a minority
Once again, how are you going to implement this, and what do you need as a gov to do it in terms of funding/daily expense/people ?
State owned companies = state funded companies owned by individual players, right?
that is the problem, you can only regulate this by letting the state buy your products, this way be funded by them, only without taxes they can not hold this long, it is a great idea, but with the game mechanics it is hard to realise it.
State owned companies are not possible since, on orgs, you can't have companies.

Well, it looks like a nice Party Program, but one you analyze it further there are many flaws in it and it contradicts itself. I would like to focus on he topic of discrimination.

As seen in the past, members of defiance have violated basic human rights and freedoms such as the right to not being discriminated against on ALL bases not just - "Discrimination based on ethnicity or nationality will not be tolerated." Why is gender not included, nor discrimination of freedom of speech" Secondly another human right should be the right of privacy which has not been respected.
I would finally like to bring up one more point, which may be more obvious in terms of contradiction.

You just said secures the rights of every Social and political ideology and opinion, yet you are discriminating on the terms of expression of speech, opinion and ideology.
I am all up for reform in DEFIANCE, but there are some missing parts in your platform and some things do not support each other as well as many loop wholes. I hope DEFIANCE can improve there platform.

I am getting your point; but you are not getting my point. You are accusing us of violating basic human rights and freedoms (whose?), I responded to you with, we are not the only ones who can be accused of breaching them, other people don't respect them either, including NLSP. His citizens rights should be removed as well, like he was removing to the other people.
You are wrong, capitalism is the opposite of democracy... it is common sence that capitalism as a system is not democratic. Capitalism is not static, but a dynamic process that devours everything in its path, the planet reduces to commodity for profit. Now almost everything possible thrown into the fire is, the system will come in and those who formerly were favored wel get to stand in the cold. In returning to an earlier stage of capitalism, such as the gold standard, for example, is not the answer. This is not only impossible, earlier stages of capitalism did not benefit the "99%" worldwide.
Take our previous GOV's... 'not Jofroi, he is doing a good job so far', The determing factor of their leadship was power, those in power made the rules and of course, everyone should stick to those rules. But to get those rules accepted by the people, the politicians and powerfull people must explain why those rules are in favor of us all... those agaisnt are forced, in exeptence threatened with punishment and punished.

No, no it's not like you are saying. NLSP was referring to Aries Sun and it all has to do with this fake false imaginary Stalinistic Supreme Court case he created together with MCKitKat to remove cs rights to the number of individuals and restrict them access to the certain parts of the Forum. And it is all because he is pissed we know his true name and his whereabouts. Not many people like him around here and were prepared to share information with us.
