Dear Plato, please fix the economy!

Hello ALL E-Rep players!
It's a long time since i have wrote an article but today is the day.
It's nearly 2 years I think since the economic module is going down and never seem to stop.
My first question is:
why do we have the option to hire people on any of the factories IF they are useless and money eaters for the ones that give serious amounts of gold to have these companies?
If you want to hire a worker in any of you Q1 - Q6 company will loose money.
Take Q5 - weapons for example:
42 local currency for a worker for a 16 weapon production
16 Q5 x 1.12 = 17.92 when you pay 42 salary for that employ
Even Q6:
16 weapons x 2.7 = 43.2 LC when you pay 42 for a worker.
Not to mention ALL other companies.
Why don't you create smaller needs for smaller players so they can be hired for smaller amounts of money.
In a real company you have different departments with different jobs with different payments.
Since a level 1 player will have the same needs with a level 60 player that is totally wrong economically speaking.
I have the solution! - If Plato wants he can contact me!
IF Plato does NOT want, he doesn't have to contact me!

The only way Plato can fix the economy is to make things transparent.
That means, when you go to a player's profile, you should be able to see who works in their factories, and what are the salaries.
Trust me, salaries will go up
Salaries cannot go up If economy does not grow. BUT the main thing is the Q1-Q6 companies they are useless since it is not worthy to hire workers in them..
