To be Honest, I haven't been disappointed like this in a while . From the 7 running PP in CW (2 of them came in the last second to CW), I have only received the answers that CW has asked them from one Candidate !! This interview have seen great questions and really tough ones to answer. Only one PP candidate have given his answers and I was impressed from his answers ! I present you ladies and Gentlemen, The Interview !

Question 1. How would you encourage people to be active in the party?

Well I am trying to find new and exciting ways to achieve this. The job system was put in place to give people a choice of filling a fun role that requires them to be more active and also rewards them with tanks.

I have also started the 100 Q6 lotto 3 weeks ago trying to encourage people to be more active on the party feed (If you are active in the party feed you are in the ballot)

Other than that. The weekly Survey/questionnaire I put out always has a question relating to this and I believe we still have a tank reward if someone comes up with a great idea and presents it 🙂

Question 2. Do you see trolling as an acceptable form of eRep inter-party politics or do you plan on finding a common ground, and if so, how will you accomplish this?

I will be honest. It is no secret I hate trolls and trolling as I find it incredibly childish and counterproductive for the country. I have been actively fighting this for a long time now and have found that yes.. There is common ground. We are on very good terms with the IPC, CPF and the leadership of MDP (Leo, Ven, Mary and IBB dont hate me lol) I think if we can all focus on our own clans while helping the other ones to remove weaknesses we can grow up the country as a whole and in the process hopefully cut a lot of the hate and realize that yes. Even though some parties do not believe in the same path we do, our goals are all the same. To make eCan great and drive members to the country. We will always need choice for members and once we realize we are all providing that choice then there is no need for trolling of fighting each other. Some people are CW minded. Some are more MDP minded. Others are CPF or Imperial minded or they are in a party with friends. BUT we are all eCanadian minded and we all fight for the same end goal 🙂

Question 3. If you were a bubble gum what flavor would you be?

The heck? Probably popcorn.. That way so one would want to put me in their mouth and chew me? lol

Question 4. IF, and this is a big IF, we changed the party name, what would you like to see if changed to that captures the history of our party and the mandates we hold?

I would be impartial to this. Surveys would go out until we get a list of 3 or so names. Then we would discuss and vote more. Everyone would have to agree with one and we would put a lot of thought behind it. At the moment it seems a large percent of the party wants to keep CW so until that changes a name change is most likely not going to happen.

Question 5. Do you see a political party as a group that works towards the betterment of eCanada or a guild that helps players within the party, and if so how do you hope to accomplish that goal?

Oh god yes. And by doing exactly what I currently am doing 🙂 Bettering myself and getting the Party out there. Plus working hard to always try to improve anything I can find that needs improving 😃

Question 6. Would you return the name of the party to AFK and the logo as well?

If that is what the Party wants and if they all vote for it then that is what I want 😃 Logo is also something that would be voted on and discussed.

Question 7. Would you seek to continue the job system Oinyo set in place? (Oinyo just comment on progress)

Well not as it is. It will be reworked atm and most likely a lot of restrictions will be removed to allow people to be in congress plus be in jobs. The only one atm that is going to be unchanged and remain the same for next term is the Mentor one as that one is critical and seems to be working.

Question 8. How would you keep the way the party contacts each other? would you use the party feed and pm's or would you use the forum. If you did switch to the forum how would you keep up activity?

The survey shows very few would post. A few more would read but not post and everyone else hates it.. So Forum is out. Party feed is and always will be my number 1 way to communicate along with pms and mails

Question 9. What do you believe is the party's greatest strength?

Our unity, activity and structure.
every day our feed is flooded with new and fun things. I never have to worry about waking up and not having a good 30 minutes of things to read or reply to. We are unified absolutely. This is known by all of the other parties and is one of our core strengths. We are all friends and we all look out for eachother. We also have a solid structure and believe in the system we have. We follow it and modify it as needed but we have discipline and that is a huge perk.

Question 10. What do you believe is the party's greatest weakness?

Sadly I think it is our past. We have so much potential and offer so much but our past is used against us on a near daily basis. Some people see us as the same we were months or years ago and base their opinions on that. They do not see how completely different we are becoming and how much we are growing. Until that breaks if it ever does.. it will be our core weakness.

Question 11. What would you do to increase membership?

This is an extremely hard question. I have tried many things and we always flip flop. I would say the best way is to get our name out there more and to be a more active role in eCan politics. I am learning this term as I am a advisory to Ven. I will be taking in as much as I possibly can and will help as much as I can to grow myself as well as eCan. With stronger leads come more members and I am working hard to better myself each day.

Question 12. After becoming PP, will you be seeking CP?

Very VERY good question. I keep being told I am not ready so I am respecting that. eCan comes first and I do not let my pride rule me. I will wait until I am told by multiple people that I should run. Until then my focus is on my party, eCan and myself. 🙂 We will continue to seek out and run or support strong CP candidates within or outside of our Party.
