Greetings comrades from the South West and beyond,

Firstly, congratulations to all my fellow PCP congress members and adversaries, and an especially a big thank you to all the voters of the last congress elections.


Recent Congress Activities
The proposal for construction of a quality 5 Hospital for the country’s capital London was passed (Yes – 40 & No – 0)

The proposal for 99999 GBP from the country accounts to Bank of England was passed (Yes – 39 & No – 0) to boost the economy

Before that 100000 GBP was issued for 500 GOLD as above to boost the economy (Yes – 41 & No – 0)

Marcus Wyclif, who has now gone awol proposed the impeachment of Hassan Pesaran which was naturally rejected (Yes – 6 & No – 35)

A peace treaty was proposed by Hassan Pesaran between the United Kingdom and Ireland was passed (Yes – 31 & No – 1)

Hassan Pesaran also proposed a mutual protection pact with fellow PEACE member Lithuania which was passed (Yes – 38 & No – 3)

Military briefs
The PEACE War Games have now started, as of day 616. All of these are Training Wars set up by our Alliance, PEACE GC, designed to allow its members to have the advantage of regular Wars, without the fear of losing territories.

As region swaps continue we have now regained Scotland along with Alberta and Midtjylland and lost Nunavut and Newfoundland.

Iron & Grain Embargo
On day 619, Spain passed a trade embargo stopping all trade with United Kingdom, which will last for 30 days. The embargo is a tactical move following a recent peace treaty between Spain and Canada . However, the embargo has made very little changes in the United Kingdom market.

Citizenship Module
After the bugs went away on day 617, the citizenship module was finally added, plus a few display changes. All military personnel away on day 616 were granted citizenship on their return along with several other foreign nationals requesting UK citizenship.

National Forums (not in-game)
The forums are hiving with activity which may seem confusing at first for new users because of all the different threads, nevertheless you will find ones that are of interest after a few quick checks. A common rule of thumb is the General and Regional sub-forums are a good place to start.
