Complain about the admins

I am writing this article because i have a lot of complains about the admins...
The story begins 3 months ago when someone hacked my account,changeed the password and the e-mail of my account,dissolved all my companies and destroy everything that i have done...After that i sent a lot of mails to the admins to help me with my problem and,of course, to return my account to me...After one month of a lot of efforts i took back my account but i had one problem...there wasn't any company in it...
I send them some tickets to know what to do with this matter and they told me that they are going to return my companies back to me...All this take one month to the admins....and the last month i am trying to talk to them and to ask them what is going on and i dont have my companies but there was not any answer from them and i am playing the game without the things that i deserve to have....if anyone can help me with that i would be very grateful....
