Citizens Voice - Consolidated Training Support Program in our country

Hii Everyone,

In this article I would like to share My idea about a having organized way to provide support for training to new citizens of our country.

It's just my personal idea and description about it. Read it and express your views. This article was written with an intention for the welfare of the citizens.

As we are aware that our country is very weak and have only few citizens. The young players of D1 need to have high strength and need the support from the senior members for TG upgrades and contracts. We know that The D1 citizens will have less gold and can't train using all of the four available TG's.

I was told that a having a high strength D1 player is better than having weaker players in other divisions. Building more strength when the player is in D1 will help in having a more powerful player in D2. Because eventually D1 players will also move to the higher divisions and thus having a more strong soldiers to fight for the country.

So my humble request to the senior members is to Support the D1 citizens with enough gold to update all the grounds to Q2, Q3 and Q4 once the discount offers start and later on let's decide on whether to provide support to buy a training contract.

I'll tell you all about my TG's. At present I have Q3(free)+ all other Q1 TG's (which i don't use at all)

As i was unaware about that there is a limit for gold that can be gifted to others.He has sent me a stash to help me out as i asked for help in the last moment. Because i got an advice from citizens that we can apply for help from govt by posting it in the forum(which isn't active). I awaited for any response from the government to my post in forum till last. In the end when there were only few mins left. Then i asked for help in MU chat room.

Obelisk responded and supported me in time with the gold to help me upgrade my TG. When there were barely mins left for the discount offer.

Now my idea is let's device a plan that when there is a need for a citizen to upgrade his training grounds.

Let's create a consolidated training support group. Which consists of senior members or other members who are interested in being a part of this group.
Let's have a four or five member contact panel whom the citizen should contact for the support just like having a citizen service center.If required we can shuffle the panel depending upon the feasibility. Once the panel is finalized for that month let's intimate all the press to publish an article with the names of contact panel and other details before a particular period.

If the citizens seek support for their TG upgrade now this Contact panel will inform the members of the support group through a dedicated message thread where they decide who's gonna contribute how much and how to send it to the person who needs that support. Let's do the math later about the SS medals he earns and also try to provide the deficit gold he requires for the training.

If you think my idea has some potential in it, let's discuss more about it and try it out as a pilot project. I named it "Consolidated Training Support Program"

Remember that if we take up this project then, I should be the first beneficiary.
