Canada is ready for a Baby Boom. I'm sure most of player here (elder or younger) will help and take care of eBaby. All program done since a couple of month was great : eBaby Academy, Tutor Program, Godfather program, Congress Help Program and other which I probably forget.

All we need is a solid player gamer-community where we can send links. France babyboom works because of Eclypsia. IBB explain it very well.

The bad side ? Well, the owner of Eclypsia, Ruurk Rage, will be elected as CP. I send him a single question about international politics and his answer was shitty. He's still a huge noobs to the game.
