Today, I am one year old in eRepublik!
It is hard to believe that it is actually one full year since I joined such is the speed at which the year flew by. I'd like to think I've had a reasonably good existence so far and I'd like to thank the very many people who haved helped me throughout my time here. You know who you are.


To celebrate the occasion, I was running a competition on the forums to find a new avatar for myself to replace the one I used for a whole year. I picked the one designed by clownprince37 and you should be able to see it right away if you visit my profile. Thanks to him and also to Nog who designed a hilarious avatar that I will use on the Irish forums.


Finally, I'll finish with a sad announcement. I've spent a year in eIreland and thoroughly enjoyed it, so much so that I've only ever spent a handful of days elsewhere. Therefore, I've had to make the difficult decision to finally leave eIreland very shortly. It will probably be after the Party President elections in which, by the way, I will not be looking for re-election for PP of the Irish Freedom Party.
To be honest, I have grown bored of eIreland but to be fair I think I've done well to go one year before really getting bored in what has been described as one of the most boring countries.

My allegiance will of course remain with eIreland and I hope to make a quick return. If that doesn't happen, then I will just like to say I will miss you all.
